I did the Gallup’s Strengths Finder test a few years back and the results showed that my strengths included Input and Learner which makes me a good candidate to be a teacher or a trainor. I agreed with most of the points but I’ve always wondered about the teacher part. And yet, here I am, several years after, I found myself doing online lectures in the middle of a pandemic. Teaching digital transformation has changed me during this lockdown. I realized the value of teaching people how to fish, instead of always giving them fish.

I realized that my past jobs, my backgrounds, the decisions I have made in life led me to this. Heck, I even married a teacher!
